    • Simply choose your session type and preferred time, then pay online to secure your spot.

    • For private hire outside our normal operating schedule (Fri - Sun), wellness events or corporate sauna experiences, please contact us at info@sauna-ostara.co.uk

  • You can pay for all sessions online by card or via PayPal.

    If one payment option isn’t working, please try the other.

    If you continue to experience problems making a booking or completing payment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

  • If you have not received a booking confirmation email, please get in touch, as your booking may not have been completed.

    Common reasons for this include:

    • Not returning to our booking page after confirming payment with your bank (this is the most common issue, especially when booking on a mobile device)

    • Incorrect email details being entered at checkout

    • The confirmation email being filtered into your junk or spam folder

  • Sauna Ostara is situated 80m east of Nairn Leisure Centre.

    We encourage sauna customers to walk, cycle or use sustainable forms of transport where possible.

    If you do decide to come by car there is a small car park next to the Leisure Centre and ample parking slightly further afield at the Links Car Park (5min walk).

    • Swimwear — while the scandi tradition is to go naked, swimwear is required in all our sessions

    • 2x towels — one to sit on and another for drying off

    • Drinking water

    • A warm coat or robe for wrapping up after your session

    • Footwear for the beach

  • For your safety, you must not use the sauna if you:

    • Are under the age of 16

    • Suffer from high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, or circulatory disorders

    • Have epilepsy or diabetes

    • Are pregnant

    • Are susceptible to dizziness, fainting, or heat sensitivity

    If you have any concerns about using a nature sauna, wild sauna, or contrast therapy — including any medical conditions, underlying health issues, prescription medication use, or pregnancy — please consult your GP or healthcare professional before booking.

  • Sauna Ostara is an outdoor sauna experience based on the beautiful Nairn Beachfront.

    Dedicated changing facilities are not available at the sauna, however there are nearby shelters which many of our customers choose to use.

    We recommend arriving in your swimwear where possible and bringing warm, comfortable clothing to wear afterwards.

    For anything urgent, we recommend contacting us through our social media channels, as our email inbox is not monitored as regularly.

  • If you can’t make your session please use the links in your confirmation email to either cancel or reschedule your session.

    • RESCHEDULING

      • Free rescheduling is available up to 72 hours before your session.

      • If within 72 hours, rescheduling may be possible depending on availability—contact us at info@sauna-ostara.co.uk.

    • CANCELLATIONS

      • 0–72 hours before session: No refund (full fee charged).

      • 3–6 days before: 50% refund.

      • 7+ days before: Full refund minus Stripe processing fees (e.g., a £1.45 fee on an £85 booking = £83.55 refunded).em description
